Naipes ‘El Borrego’ Spanish-suited playing cards manufactured in El Salvador, c.2002. The simplified designs are similar to Mexican versions of the Spanish ‘Castilian’ pattern with a bright colour scheme. The four of cups and the back design have a registered trade mark notice regarding the ‘El Borrego’ brand name and the jumping lamb logo. Curiously the same brand name is known in Guatemala (Juegos ‘El Borrego’) but with a different drawing of a lamb.
