Three Stooges playing cards
54 different photos of the famous American vaudeville and comedy team.
The Three Stooges was an American vaudeville and comedy team active from 1922 to 1970. They are best remembered for their 190 short subject films by Columbia Pictures. Their hallmark styles were physical farce and slapstick. This pack contains 54 black and white photos of scenes from their films, mostly in horizontal format. The scenes/films are not named, nor are the actors. Apparently, a total of six Stooges appeared over the act’s run, with only three active at any given time. When the films were syndicated to television, the Stooges became one of the most popular comedy acts of the early 1960s. See the box►
