High-quality souvenir pack with 53 different views of Romania.
As souvenir packs go, this one has been produced to a high standard, with sharp images in strong colours on decent card stock. Each of the views is named in English. The publisher’s name is given on the Ace of Spades. Featured on the Jokers is a typical Romanian traditional mask. On the back, the word “ROMANIA” appears at the top in the colours of the national flag, with four views in full colour beneath. See the outer sleeve►

In 1977 he joined the newly formed playing-card department at Stanley Gibbons in London before setting up his own business in Edinburgh four years later. His collecting interests include playing cards, postcards, stamps (especially playing cards on stamps) and sugar wrappers. He is a Past President of the Scottish Philatelic Society, a former Chairman of the IPCS, a Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Makers of Playing Cards and Curator of the WCMPC’s collection of playing cards. He lives near Toulouse in France.
