Vues de Monaco-Monte Carlo
Souvenir pack with 54 different views of Monaco, especially Monte Carlo.
Monte Carlo is officially an administrative area of the Principality of Monaco, often confused with the country itself. The Monte Carlo Casino, the Hôtel de Paris, the Café de Paris and the Salle Garnier (home of the Opéra de Monte-Carlo) are world-famous. The colour photographs in this pack were taken by J.L. Vignoli (with the collaboration of B.J.T. Powell). Each view is named in French and English. On the back is a pattern of red and white diamonds as they appear in the centre of the coat of arms of Monaco. See the box►
