Looking for information on Two Tigers No 15 Belgian playing cards

I picked up a few packs of these playing cards at a flea market in Belgium and was wondering if someone could date them for me. Using Google Lens, I found this entry identifying them as Mesmaekers: Domino Cards, c.1890

Any idea of their age, rarity and value? Google turned up surprisingly little information.

Maybe that playing cards or was in a catalog of this company so they also printed in 1890 -95 and used for local markets
