Paintings from Bulgaria
Fifty-five paintings of Bulgaria published as “Sense of Bulgaria” by Land of Roses Ltd, Bulgaria, c.2015.
Unlike most souvenir packs, this one features paintings of tourist sites rather than photographic views. Each painting is displayed within an elaborate frame (one style per suit) resembling a mirror. The black suits have grey backgrounds, while the red suits have flesh-coloured ones. A different painting on each card. English titles above and Bulgarian titles below each. The artist’s name is not known. Indices K, D, J, A. Backs: sunflowers and text. See the box►
An earlier companion pack titled “Sense of Bulgaria” with seaside photographic views was also published by Land of Roses Ltd.
